Technique before intensity
Speed and power mean little without control, so fundamentals always come first.
The founder
Founder · Head Coach · Caranzalem, Goa
Master Suresh has spent over a decade teaching martial arts and fitness in Goa. A second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, he founded TSF Fitness Studio in 2018 on the belief that real skill comes from repetition, not shortcuts.
The story
Suresh started training in Taekwondo as a young man and never really stopped. Over the years he has competed, officiated, and coached, picking up the kind of experience that only comes from spending real time on the floor.
His approach has stayed the same throughout: technique before intensity. A student learns the movement, drills it until it becomes second nature, and only then adds speed, power, and pressure. It takes longer at the start, but it's why his students stick around.
You don't build fighters with shortcuts. You build them with years.
Beyond the studio, Suresh serves as President of STAG, the SaJa Taekwondo Association of Goa, and as Head Coach of Goa under the IITF. He has worked with athletes of all ages, from young beginners to fighters preparing for state-level competition.
In 2018, he opened TSF to bring combat sports, strength, and conditioning together under one roof. Today the studio trains adults and kids across six disciplines: MMA, Taekwondo, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Yoga, and Dance, all taught with the same coaching philosophy since the first class.
The approach
These three principles guide every class Suresh teaches.
Speed and power mean little without control, so fundamentals always come first.
Consistency matters more than motivation. Show up and put in the work, and fitness, confidence, and skill follow on their own.
Nobody starts out ready. What matters is moving forward, one session at a time.
